Missing Parts Tracking missing parts not yet delivered in the system; arranging them as needed to the appropriate warehouse or location.
SAP Issue Resolution Troubleshooting and resolving SAP errors encountered during GR (Goods Receipt) processing.
Drumbeat Analysis Completing tracking details for all Purchase Orders to ensure supply chain visibility.
Quotation Updation Pre-checking and amending quotations in SAP along with invoice checks for quotation lines to be booked.
Technical Disputes Analysis Extracting TDs/NCs, creating Rework POs, tracking Outbound Deliveries, following shipments, requesting quotation costs, and valuing RPOs.
